Who we are
We Buy Houses Greenville is a private real estate buyer purchasing residential property in Greenville, Pickens, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Laurens counties, South Carolina. We buy property for our own account.
We are not acting as your real estate agent, broker, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing on this website is legal, tax, or financial advice. We make no claim to hold any professional license, and we do not represent you in a transaction. You are always free to consult your own attorney, agent, or advisor before signing anything.
About our offers
- Submitting a form is a request for an offer. It does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us to anything.
- Any figure we discuss verbally is an estimate. Only a written purchase agreement signed by both parties is binding.
- Offers are based on the information you give us and on our own inspection. Material facts that turn out to be different — undisclosed structural damage, an unknown lien, an occupant we were not told about — may change or void an offer.
- All closings are handled by a licensed South Carolina real estate closing attorney. Title problems discovered during the search may delay or prevent closing.
- We may assign a purchase agreement to an affiliated entity. Your net proceeds and closing date do not change if we do.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the legal authority to sell the property you tell us about — as owner, as personal representative of an estate, or under a valid power of attorney — and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit property details for a property you have no interest in or authority over.
Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. Timelines, ranges, and examples describe typical situations, not guaranteed outcomes. The brand name, logo, and page content are our property and may not be copied for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits obligations created by a signed purchase agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts serving the county where the property is located.
